30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after delivery. Items must be unused, uninstalled, and returned with their original components, accessories, instructions, and packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
For safety and hygiene, used emesis bags and wash bottles that have held liquids cannot be returned unless they were defective when received. Opened multi-count bag products may not be eligible for return unless defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Start a return before sending it
Email valchoose@gmail.com with your order number, the item you want to return, and the reason. Wait for return instructions and the correct return address. Returns sent without authorization or to the Hong Kong registered office may be delayed or refused.
Return shipping and fees
For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a trackable service. For a confirmed defective, damaged, incorrect, or incomplete item, we will provide a prepaid return method or reimburse reasonable return shipping as appropriate. We do not charge a restocking fee under this policy.
Refund timing
After a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or any issue. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns. They will be refunded when required by law or when the return results from our confirmed error or a qualifying defect.
Cancellations and order problems
Contact us promptly to request cancellation. We cannot guarantee cancellation after fulfillment begins. If an item is unavailable or cannot be shipped within the promised time, we will provide the cancellation and prompt-refund options required by applicable law.
