Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise. Shipping charges, taxes, and any other required charges will be disclosed before an order is finalized. We may correct typographical or pricing errors before accepting an order.
An order request or automated acknowledgment is not acceptance. A binding sale occurs only after we confirm acceptance and payment. We may limit quantities, reject or cancel orders, or request additional verification. If we cancel after payment, we will issue a prompt refund to the original payment method.

Keep small parts, bags, tools, and chemicals away from children and pets. Do not use any product for a purpose or with a chemical that is incompatible with its material or design.

The Valchoose name, logo, site design, product photography, text, and other content are owned by us or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party brand and part names are used only to identify compatibility; no affiliation or endorsement is implied unless expressly stated.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. Product warranties, if any, are limited to those expressly provided with the product or required by law.
To the extent permitted by law, neither Valchoose nor SINGKI TIN TECHNOLOGY LIMITED will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages arising from site use or product use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited in your state.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except that this choice does not deprive U.S. consumers of non-waivable protections provided by applicable federal or state law.
