Where we ship
We serve customers in the United States. Service to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, and APO/FPO addresses may be limited by the carrier or product and should be confirmed before an order is finalized.
Processing and delivery estimates
Our working target is to process in-stock orders within 1–3 business days. Estimated transit time and any shipping charge will be confirmed before payment or shown at checkout when online checkout is enabled. Weekends, U.S. holidays, address verification, severe weather, customs handoffs, and carrier disruptions may affect timing.
We will have a reasonable basis for any advertised shipment time. If no shipping time is stated, we will ship within the period required by U.S. law. If we cannot meet the promised time, we will send a delay notice and provide the option to accept the delay or cancel for a prompt refund when required.
Tracking, address changes, and delivery
When tracking is available, it will be sent to the email address provided with the order. Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins.
If tracking shows a package as delivered but it is missing, check the delivery area and contact the carrier, then email us. We will review available tracking and fulfillment records. Responsibility for loss or damage will be handled under applicable law and carrier procedures.
Damaged, incorrect, or incomplete shipments
Contact valchoose@gmail.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Keep all packaging while we review the issue. Confirmed fulfillment errors or transit damage will be resolved with an appropriate replacement, refund, or other remedy at no additional return-shipping cost to you.
